Hi

We purchased the Avaya Dell R630 pre-installed IPOCC server, unfortunately it came with 9.1!
Our licenses were 10.0 so I had to upgrade to 10.0 before licensing the IPOCC.
Completed the Wizard etc, but all sorts of things in Task Flows and IVRs etc. were not working or doing 'odd' things.

I have been advised now to completely uninstall and do a fresh install on 10.0. Great!

Anyone had to do this? There are 39 components to uninstall! Also it's bound to leave stuff behind.

So, and advice folks?

many thanks!

Dave

This should remove everything, at least what I can find

1. Uninstall all components.

2. If any services are left after the uninstall they can be removed with
sc delete "<servicename>" for example sc delete "Avaya VEA"

3. Delete folders
C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office Contact Center
C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office Contact Center
C:\ProgramData\Avaya\IP Office Contact Center
C:\ProgramData\Avaya\IP Office Contact Center-SetupWizard
C:\ProgramData\Avaya\IPOCC
C:\ProgramData\Avaya\PostgreSQL
C:\ProgramData\Avaya\TTLogfiles
C:\ProgramData\landingpage
C:\ProgramData\omniORB
C:\ProgramData\reporting data

4. Delete registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Avaya\IPOCC
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Avaya\IPOCC

Thanks for the reply.

In the end I followed the instructions from the maintenance TBG to uninstall 9.1, and seems to have worked.
Re-installed 10.0, defaulted and reprogrammed the Server Edition and now all seems to be working as it should!

Cheers

Dave
