Uninstall Symantec Antivirus

Can someone please help me out? I am trying to uninstall Symantec Antivirus on some servers however it is asking me for a username and password. No one in the company has this information. Is there any way around this? The reason I am uninstalling is because it doesn't work. Any help appreciated.

The default uninstall password is "symantec".

Or if you have SSC console install. You can change the uninstall password for the clients or disable it.

Or you can look up the manual uninstall procedure on the symantec web site.

I appreciate your response. I have tried the 'symantec' with no sucess. I will try to find something on manually removing from the system.
