Uninstall software from command line

Hello friends;

I have a problem uninstalling a Mesureware software from 500 boxes. Anybody knows how can I invoke Add/remove programs from command line in order to create a .cmd file and remove the software from command line? The objetive of this .cmd is uninstall the old software and install the new version of mesureware software (OVPA) in silent mode.

Can anybody help me 5with this problem.
