uninstall rollback...

Hello everyone,

I over installed symantec 9 to 10 with a push from the console. It partially got the job done, symantec 10 engine was installed, but it was part of the wrong server group (still at 9s group) So I then tried to uninstall the whole thing and start over. All I get is that an uinstall rollback occurs and will not let me uninstall symantec 10

Has anyone encountered this before?

Leave it to symantec to have an "Uninstall Rollback".

The only thing I know is how you can change the server parent/group manually through the registry

HKLM\software\intel\landesk\virusprotect6\currentversion

both the parent and group keys are inside
