Uninstall plugins

I am getting an error message from the Content Manager warning to Upgrade my plug-ins to their latest version, or upgrade to CS2 when I try to open CS2 files. I have CS and did not have a problem opening up CS2 files before I installed the plug-in. I dragged the plugin folder (from Knowbody - label-it) out of the plug-in folder. Still no good.

...the CS2 file you are trying to open in CS1 will need to be saved as an inx file from CS2 via export command, interchange format...

...make sure also that indesign cs is updated to the correct version of 3.01, downloadable here:
