uninstall photoshop 7.0

Does anyone know how to trick photoshop 7.0 into uninstalling when you are NOT logged in as the Local Administrator? I have an SMS package that will need removal soon and I do not want to have to send a tech to do the uninstall.

I think it's the OS(win2k,XP?) you have to 'fool', not Photoshop.
Sorry, I don't know.
