Uninstall Office XP with Citrix Metaframe.

When I try to unistall Office XP, te following message appear:

Error 1711. An error occurred while writing installation information to disk. Check to make sure enough disk space is available, and click Retry, or Cancel to end the install.

I check disk space and I find in Technet that I have to kill the msiexec process, but not funtion.
