Hello All -

I am trying to uninstall the slots below to decommission our gateway. I can not figure out the correct command. Does anyone have the steps to share with the command?

V4: MM716 ANA MM
V5: MM717 DCP MM
V6: MM717 DCP MM
V7: MM717 DCP MM
V8: MM717 DCP MM Max Survivable IP Ext: 8
V9: gateway-announcements ANN VMM

The thread you referenced pretty much said it all.

Are there any stations still programmed on those cards? If not, just unseat them and they should no longer appear on the gateway in CM.

If there aren't any announcements programmed to that gateway, you should be able to use 'disable announcement XXXv9'. After that, 'change media-g xxx' go to page 2, blank out V9, save, and that would hopefully do it as far as clearing out the slots.

Command: display media-gateway x
Command: list configuration media-gateway x

Please post output from these commands for the media-gateway you are trying to remove.
CM hardware platform?
CM software version?
