Uninstall error for XP 1.0

I am trying to uninstall Metaframe XP releaSE 1 and I am getting an erro saying "Could not unregister the subsystem ImaNDS.dll. To ignore the error run the uniinstall with the property CTX_MF_FORCE_SUBSYSTEM_UNINSTALL." I cannot find where this uninstalll switch is used. Can anyone help?
