uninstall complete

hello,

was trying to completely uninstall exchange 2007 but failed on this

D:\exchange 2007>Setup.com /mode:uninstall

Looks like you installed it on a domain controller. How did you uninstall before running this command? Did you delete the stores?

well,
for some unknown reason xchange lost the active directory domain controller and GC.

i cdn't be asked so i formatted the server and reinstalled.

now i get this when starting xchange 2007

Exchange "lost" the DC/GC? So you reformatted? Did you then give it the same name? Same domain? Same org? Did you use /recoverserver?

Need more information.

well, after reformatting and reinstalling exchange......i fell in the same problem..../recoverserver still failed. so i found a work around which involved creating another admin......read this
