Uninitialized Activex Controls Will Not Be Opened in This Version

I have an Excel 2003 sheet that works perfectly; now when I change it a bit in Excel 2007, may Buttons become pictures.

What can I do to prevent this

I created an excel program in excel 2003; with VBA compiled in 2003; I used it, this worked perfectly

I changed to 2007, conversion was perfectly; now a xlsm file is made; (I could not save in 2003 format, because I changed some format things that don't exist in 2003)

I used this xlsm file in 2003, and the error appears
