Unify Xpert turrets Broadcast or Intercom feature

Hi guys,

We are using Unify Xpert V5 with 6010 hard turrets. We need to configure broadcast feature wherein one head IP turrets( Team Leader) user with one click can broadcast call to a group of traders & group member traders Speaker will get auto-on & Team Leader can give his message to all his group members.

Will be great if someone can share the steps of configurations.

I don't normally check this forum too often. Xpert stuff usually gets covered under the Siemens: Hicom forum. Did you get this figured out?
There are probably a few different ways to do it. Just spitballing it, I'd say each group would have a shared line. That way the leader could hit one line and announce to the group. If you had a need to hit them all, you could probably do that with a macro page.
