Unify OS4k v7 call recording

Hi there,

we have couple of Unify OS4k v7 units deployed. We are recording some analog phone lines with tapping them, and it works OK. I am wondering is there a way to record DECT calls (We have DECT system based on SLC24 cards and a lot of base stations)? Has anyone do that?

As far as I remember 'Nice Log' had a server that connected 'in and out' of the system - you had to give it the actual 'Line' Number when you displayed the port or number.
 
We use ASC Telecom's call recording system. It should be able to do that, if you're looking to invest in a call recording "system".

Has anybody tried to do recording by CSTA on OS4kV7? I have tried with some node.js code, but it seems that OS4kV7 CSTA implementation doesn't support CSTA Record Messge service?

CSTA will send the call information but not the audio - for that you would need SIP extensions
I have used one from
asctelecomuk.com
I am not a customer/representative etc. of above.
it works by using a SIP extension for each call to 'overhear' on the call being made
