Hi,
Hope you are fine, kindle give some minutes from your precious time. I am facing problem in PABX OS Business X-5 installed in my office.
OS-Business X - 5 of Unify have been installed and working fine in my office since last six months.

[li]some days ago my technical team, while checking tone on MDF Pannel (having Proper electrical protection) to assign a new connection to an employee, observed that tone was there at a location/pen , but when they checked again there was no tone on that pen location.[/li]
[li]They uncovered PABX (Wall Mounted model) and analysed that Pabx was stucked.[/li]
[li]When i accessed the PABX from Hipath Software, i saw that only Main Control Board (ACCU) cards was being shown with its built-in analog and digital numbers working fine , also PRI (TLANI) card was being shown/detected but in inactive state.[/li]
[li] All other analog cards-SLAV (3 Nos.), digital card-SLU8 and CO card was not being shown in HW expansion view, So, wer not working also. They were in dead condition.[/li]
[li]we initialized the PABX by factory reset and behaviour was exactly same.[/li]
[li]We replaced Power Module with new one for testing (To check if load of more connections have slowed down the power module performance or not ) but no difference i.e. There was no fault in Power Module.[/li]
[li]Site is fully protected regarding Electrical surges by Proper grounding, Surge protected devices on AC supply as well as in rectifier (48V DC) on which PABX was.[/li]
[li]Our technical team have tested Voltages at points on the back of Analogue and digital modules and that voltges are ok.[/li]
[li]During troubleshooting Pabx when restarted (having installed all analoge and digital modules), it did not started smoothly sometimes i.e. it was restarting 2-3 times.[/li]
[li]There is no physical damage on cards or any burnt sign, The VDRs and fuses on cards are also Ok.[/li]
[li]I think firmware of Analaoge and other being non detective modules have been corrupted.[/li]
[li]Can you please guide me , how to restore these modules.[/li]
[li]Thanks.[/li]
