I am licensed for 16 on this and just had an employee that left that was using it. I would like to use it for a new person. What do I have to do to remove the origional user?

Thanks Marshall, is that the same with my IP soft phones? It goes by concurrent connections?

No the IP phones get registered and are added up to your keys.You would have to deregister to change DN.
