Problem is that when calls go unanswered they cover to Unified Messenger - port 1 (7901) picks up just fine, while this line is busy if another call comes in the phone just rings and rings. I think the vector is not working properly. Following is information on the PBX and vector. I am new to phone programming and could use your assistance with solving this problem.
Have Definity G3V7i.01.0.343.7 and Unified Messenger v5 - patch 3 Windows 2000.
