I have a cust. with bcm50 with CP 100 with unified messaging. He is receiving his messages on his inbox on microsoft outlook. The problem is that he is also receiving messages that he can't open. In his inbox there are message with what looks like a notepad with a pencil. The message are 1K in size. In the inbox it will show the length of the message ex. 2.33 sec and the person or the number that sent it. When I double click on the message it open another window with an envelop icon in it. Normal message that will play with have a telephone icon associated with the message. Have anyone seen this and found a solution. Cust don't want to be missing any important messages.
