Is there a way to have your call pilot messages saved in your email inbox instead of in the call pilot inbox. I have a customer who wants to forward the messages out to a group and it won't forward when it is in the call pilot inbox.

callpilot can't do that. but you could run "fetchmail" on any server and let it retrieve the callpilot mailbox and save the messages to the normal email inbox.

i've never done this but i've heard it works.

How difficult is fetchmail to use I wonder. Anyone know??

If you are using Unified Messenging you can download the Voicemail as a Wav file, and email it to whomever you want.

Has anyone ever used fetchmail to make this work before? I didnt just download the wave file and send it to anyone becuase i want this to be forwarded automatically. I am using Outlook 2003 with an exchange server.

If you're already using an exchange server you don't need fetchmail. There should be a "IMAP connector" plugin available that does the same as fetchmail does:
Connects to the BCM via IMAP port 143 (use mailbox number as user) and puts the received messages into a users mailbox.
