Hi

Can you help? I've got this problem on Outlook 2003 with the Unified Messaging. Basically, you get a run time error for outlook when you try to open a call pilot voice message. It then crashes outlook i.e. outlook becomes unresponsive. This is not happening all the time, but on a number of PC's for a number of people it happens a few times a week.
The error that comes up relates to the following;
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE

Has anyone got any ideas about this?

might want to put that in the call pilot forum, i've seen simular discussions in that forum.. check the faq's or do a search from inside that forum.. hint use the drop down to highlight search post-keyword.. nortels going to say it's an outlook problem..
