Is this a call pilot?
If so, log into the callpilot manager on the computer. Select "CHANGE/DELETE MAILBOX"
Then select "CHANGE" on the system manger box. Uncheck "DISPLAY IN DIRECTORY".
Next, you will just have to re-download your address book within outlook.
