I have come to realize my customers really have not been clammering at my door for Unified Messaging having a voice mail emailed to them. It seems that their already overloaded email boxes are to much to handle and they would rather keep the two seperated. What is your experience with this feature and what is your clinets feedback

Depends. If they are our on the road and use laptops, a lot want it. Desktop users tend not to want it. That said, a lot of out of office people just forward to the Mobile (cell) phones anyway.
We mainly use it for out of hours stuff, glorified answer machines really.

Robert Wilensky:
We've all heard that a million monkeys banging on a million typewriters will eventually reproduce the entire works of Shakespeare. Now, thanks to the Internet, we know this is not true.

The ones who really like this are the ones where email is delivered to their mobile phones.

I see a lot of use of this feature but I work with a lot of systems with 400 plus users.

The main issue is with email storage size. Voice takes up much more space than text.
