Unified Messaging Question

Ok I finally have my Unified Messaging working with my Win2003 and Exchange 2003 server. Little tricky and certianly not intuitive. Anyway, only problem I have is that when the system shoots the Email over with the attachement it turns the message light off on the phone. Anybody know of a way to stop this? One would think it wouldn't be that big a deal since you have it in your Email and blah blah, but to some customers it is...

Look in the software(unified messaging) I beleive I have seen an option that would delete the vmail (box that is checked).

I beleive it is for each mailbox. Where you assign the emailaddres to the extension.
