Unified Messaging problem

Anyone have this problem?
I have a customer who has release 3 software. They have Unified faxing from the desktop. They can fax out from the desktop fine as long as it is under 10 pages. When they try to fax out a large amount of pages, the fax doesn't go through.

Look at the setting under Messaging/Messaging Management. About the 4th item down you will see Maximum pages per fax item. Check that setting.
