Unified messaging problem

Hi All,

Have a problem with loading desktop messaging on outlook 2003. This is a BCM 400 4.0 New install, patch current.I have 140 Desktop messaging seats active on the BCM When I Install the client on any machine, it installs O.K. but when I open outlook I get a message saying YOUR MAILBOX DOES NOT HAVE DESKTOP CAPABILITIES. I have plenty of licenses 140 not using one yet.

Any Ideas?

You have voice messaging seats also correct? If you do, you have created and initialized the mailboxes as well?

What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger.

I have 130 voicemail seats, anyone who is using desktop messaging has initialized their mailbox.
