Hopefully someone can help me out.

We have one seat of unified messaging on our call pilot system, and I want to set it up such that when a message is left in the voicemail box, a group of people are notified, but at the same time I don't want the message to be removed from the call pilot server.

I have setup call pilot as a imap server in outlook 2010, currently when I try forwarding the message it seems to strip the attachment. Any way around this?

Thanks!

I think your out of luck

Sounds like you need BCM Callpilot and use the Message Forwarding option.

I had an issue with UM on BCM50, the customer wanted to keep a copy on the CP ..once the message goes to email it deletes it from the mailbox, we setup Message Forward and worked like a charm.
However the email account has to be running for it to work.

100/150 does not have the Message Forwarding option.

As for at least getting to a group perhaps setup a group email account, have that account setup on a running PC or some current server.

Or use public folder option maybe?:
