Unified messaging on MS server 2003

I am installing Unified Messaging for a customer. There email is running off of there server and the employees access it by remoting into the server. So I am not able to download the UM to the local computer and use it that way. Can I download it onto the server for all of the users to see and then only the ones that are going to be using it associate there VM box to their outlook acct.on the server? Or is that one download on their server counted as just one UM seat? Thanks for any help.

Neilnobles..the unified messaging needs to installed on the customer's computers or labtops that are to using unified
messaging its not loaded on a single server bases.
