Unified Messaging locks up PC? 1

BCM 4.0
8 seats UM
Outlook 2007

All other users ok except 1 user has issue when once a day the PC locks up.
User as to uninstall UM then re-install to get back working.

Any ideas?

I am thinking that UM does not like something on the PC.

Make sure that Business Contact Manager for Outlook is either disabled (Microsoft has the instructions if you google it) or uninstalled.

Business Contact Manager normally is installed with Outlook 2007 and has adverse effects on Unified Messaging.

Have also seen the Google Toolbar cause problems as well..
