Unified Messaging Issue

Customer has unified messaging for several employees. There is one employee that is having difficulty listening to messages that are forwarded to her from another phone. when the message is forwarded, it shows up in her inbox. When she goes to listen to it, it won't play and she gets a message that says "the message is no longer in the server". Any ideas? This happens every time someone forwards a message to her.
 
is the message being forwarded to her email address or her callpilot voice mail box? is she one of the unified message users?
 
She is a unified messaging user, and the message is going to her email address
 
Is the message there if they just go into CM from their phone?
