Hello,
I installed unified messaging on a PC using Outlook Express 5.5. After install the Call Pilot message store is not in the left pane folders.
Language = English
Destination folder = Default
E-mail = Microsoft Outlook and Internet Mail Clients checked.
Server name or TCP/IP = (BCM IP address)
Server SMTP/VPIM prefix = (Left Blank)
Mailbox = 235
LDAP server name or TCP/IP address = BCM Ip address)
Address book search base = (Left at default)
Ready to install = Install Fax printer driver = checked
Update default mail profile = checked.
It installs and allows me to finish. Just nothing in the left pane. It is in the Start\Programs\Nortel Networks CallPilot Desktop Messaging.
PC is running Windows 2000 Service pack 4.
Is their a step I'm missing.
Dmac,

This does only apply to the "normal" outlook, not outlook express. In Outlook express you have to add a new account with type "IMAP".

steeef,
Thanks for the help. I will tell the EU that OutLook is the way to go with this.
Dmac,
