I have unified messaging working in the office for select employees but I have a sales manager that is really never in one place to connect to my exchange server for email. I am looking for ideas on how to get mainly faxes to him with unified messaging. I can have him use a software vpn client to get him on our network but am looking for other ideas as well. Could I setup a second email account in my office that the faxes go to and use a outlook rule to forward to him? He mostly uses Outlook Web access to get his mail right now.
Thanks

Why do you not just forward the faxes to his mail account?

If you use Microsoft Outlook when you click forward. Then click to select the global address in outlook rather than the call pilot address book. This way if he has webmail he can pick up the faxes you forward to him from anywhere.

That way he can pick them up on the move.

If you are looking to automate the process I have had issues with outlook rules and the call pilot profile in outlook.
