Is there a way to set up express messaging line in Fax Suite on BCM which will not ring phone three times before going to voice mail when fax is coming in on separate DID?

Yes, you need to enter the line or target line number under "express messaging line" of the mailbox you want to receive your fax in and as well if its a bcm 4.0 you can now select "fax only" so the sender will hear a fake fax tone. Much easier to do than on older bcm versions.

I am on BCM 4.0, The phone rings when target line is added as express messaging line whether or not the fax only is checked. The DID for the Fax is added to mailbox as atl. DN
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Don't assign the line to any phones. Make sure the prime set for the line is set to the pilot DN of the voicemail system.
