Unified Messaging call Pilot 100

Ok,so i follow the instruction to intall um on a pc but no icon or anything shows up on outlook.
Does anyone know if Micosoft outlook 2010 is compatible with UM the CD i have is from call pilot 3.1 rls if someone can just point me in the right direction.

It is compatible but not with outlook 64bit version

during setup,you have the option of setting up a callpilot inbox on your outlook.instead, allow voicemail to go directly to you outlook without setting up a callpilot inbox
