We are looking at solutions for a customer using a BCM400 4.0. They are using a Mirosoft Exchange Server. Can Unified Messaging be used with that without having to login to the mailbox each time you access it?
They are also wanting a solution that when a customer calls into the Call Center that it brings up a screen pop. Any ideas on this?

Thanks.

No, you don't have to log into the mail box each time. When it is set-up in Outlook, it will automatically log in. It will create another set of folders for voice mails. It's really cool. As you listen to new messages in your E-Mail in box, they will then show played, deleted, etc. in the regular Call Pilot mailbox. So, if you listen to all, the MSGS FOR YOU display will go away from the phone.

Still working on the screen pops for BCM, had them working well under Nortar. Was using Rapport.
