Has anyone come across a problem with unified messaging where you cannot foward a message to a Skillset mailbox?
I downloaded the Call Pilot address book to Outlook but it will not download the skillset MB. I have also tried to manually enter the skillset MB when fowarding the message. The Call Pilot adress book will not allow me to make any entries to it either. I was wondering if anyone came across this and come up with a solution.THANKS!

You'll need an extra call pilot license for that.Create a new mailbox for the skillset and assign your overflow rules or any other path that were going to the real skillset mailbox to the new mailbox you just created.

What a waste. Call Pilot installs the Skilset MB as a subscriber. There should be no reason for it not to download to the UM seat.
