Unified Messaging & Caller ID Issue

I am using the Avaya Partner system with unified messaging. My voice mails are delivered into my Microsoft Outlook inbox as a .wav. file attachment to an email. This all works very well. Here's the issue:

The subject line of the email says "Voicemail message from outside caller, XX seconds." Sometimes a two digit number is substituted for "outside caller," however caller-id information is never provided. I assume it should be capable of displaying the caller ID information in place of the "outside caller" statement. Caller-ID is working fine on the system and is displayed on the phone display when incoming calls come in. Anyone know what setting to tweak to get caller-id info to appear on the email?

Thank you for any input!

I don't believe we are quite there yet with Partner. I do get the caller ID info on the Merlin Magix if it is a high enough release on both the processor and the VM. I get it on the message tag in VM but not always. I have not noticed it in email, however, my guess is that if you don't hear the caller ID on the time/date stamp in the message when listening on the phone, that it has not made it that far through yet. ACS Release 8 just started passing CLID to single line phones which is neat. Not sure if it enhances the mail at all. That would be the only hope as far as I know.
