Unified Messaging & Caller ID Issue

I am using the Avaya Partner system with unified messaging. My voice mails are delivered into my Microsoft Outlook inbox as a .wav. file attachment to an email. This all works very well. Here's the issue:

The subject line of the email says "Voicemail message from outside caller, 25 seconds." Sometimes a two digit number is substituted for "outside caller," however caller-id information is never provided. I assume it should be capable of displaying the caller ID information in place of the "outside caller" statement. Caller-ID is working fine on the system and is displayed on the phone display when incoming calls come in. Anyone know what setting to tweak to get caller-id info to appear on the email?
