When a caller leaves a message on my clients extension it populates in the outlook Nortel inbox fine but is an hour out on the display.
for example I called a test call at 10:15 and had the lady call me right back. She said her computer and phone both showed 10:15 but in the outlook it shows message recieved at 11:15 ?
