When a caller leaves a message on my clients extension it populates in the outlook Nortel inbox fine but is an hour out on the display.

for example I called a test call at 10:15 and had the lady call me right back. She said her computer and phone both showed 10:15 but in the outlook it shows message recieved at 11:15 ?
 
What time does it show on his PC and BCM?

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.


 
Someone had this same issue within the last 2 weeks. I'm not aware of a fix.

Try changing the time zone on the BCM, let it update and then change it back.
