Unified Maintanance Console crashes (Win 7, KX-TDA100)

Hi everyone, hope you can help, cause I can't find such topics on the Internet.
Well, it's Win 7 64 bit, KX-TDA100 and USB connection. Console v.7.8.1.1 R15.
Some guy had already started to set it up (but not finished), and it worked fine, but then he got lost. I came on his place and just reset it.
Now I can only log in correctly via Admin or User. And when I tried to do same thing via Installer, it establish connect, open Consol itself, and then it just crashed with standart Win message (like program stop working, close it) without any error code or something.
Neither reinstall or more resets helped. Any ideas?

Can you confirm TDE not TDA?
TDE doesn't have a USB Interface

Absolutely not. Admin have only few features to customize.

The cable USB has to be no more than 2 meters.

Well, I had a few GREAT hours trying to fix this problem.
On the moment I tried to work with SD card directly and pulled it out. But I had only micro SD slots, so I just turned in hands and put it into the place.
And after that UMC just start work properly! To be sure I did the same combination, and everything was the same.
So, I don't know, is it a bug of certain KX-TDA100 or a result of specific combination of hard- and software, but it exist.
Maybe this topic will help somebody. Thanks to all who tried to help!

I know the difference between the admin and installer option. What I was saying is it shouldn’t make a difference to the software logging on as admin
