Unified Maint.Console & TDA200 MFC error

I have Unified maint console version 3.0.001.0 & have customer with TDA100 version 1.07. I can connect fine to PBX however cannot open the load in its native format instead i get a unsupported operation was attempted screen pop then a TDA200 MFC application error. Any suggestions?

try this

remove the SD Card and make a backup of the DSYS file
now using the software use (OPEN) and point to the backup DSYS file
does it open ok?
if yes restart the system and try again
if no then reinstall the software
