Unified Comunicator Express (UCX) - Dialing from Outlook

Hi Guys,

I was playing around with UCX to see what else I could offer to our customers. I managed to install it, make/receive calls, etc. But... Was not able to call from Outlook 2010.

UCX latest available un Mitel online
OS is WinXP Pro SP3
Office 2010
MCD 4.1 on the 3300

Any ideas what else is needed in order to sync. Outlook with UCX.

I have read so many different things on the inGenius site and mitel site, but nothing gives you step by step list in order to do it successfully.

Do I need to install an aditional Plugin?
Do I need an additional registration code in order to activate plugin

Note I'm not trying to sicronize with corporate directory, just want to do it with my personal Outlook on my laptop.

Sorry Guys, I hadn't activated "Allow Integration with Microsoft Outlook", it's working now, pretty good!!
