A customer had me set up key system lines for their cust. service dept. so that everyone could see how many calls were coming in at any particular time and everyone can pick those lines up. This solution seems to be working the way they want it to but now the problem is everyone that has those key system line buttons on their phones is showing as busy in Unified communicator. I am new to Mitel so maybe my solution is not correct or there is a better way of doing this so that UC doesn't show everyone as busy. The cust. has a 3300 runnung MCD 4.1. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
