Unified Communicator Voicemail Messages Button

I am working with a 3300 MCD and have installed MAS with Unified Communications Server and they are using the MCD system voicemail. I have the Unified Communicator 6.0 Client installed and when you click on the messages button it tryies to connect to Nupoint. We are not using Nupoint for Voicemail and I would like the "Messages" button to be able to dial into their integrated Mitel Voicmeail. Any suggestions?

The message feature on the Unified Communicator clent is only compatible with Nupoint.
Does not work with embedded voice mail

Is there a way to remove this button from the client? I would like to avoid help desk tickets from users trying to press this button.

Got to license section on the UC server and uncheck Visual VM. This will remove it as an option for the clients

This is the free version of UCA so I really do not have any licensing options. I don't see anything that I would be able to disable under this option.

If you are in the MAS and go to the Unified Communications Server and click on configure, one of the tabs should be a Features tab. In the features tab you can configure feature profiles. The setting lowradiation is referring to is located here. If you click on a feature profile one of the last checkboxes towards the bottom should be Visual VM. This is where you can disable it.

Thanks for the information but again there are no licensing options for this.

If I go under this section all licensing is set to 0 for allowed and 0 used. UCA is only being used temporarily as a dialer only so there are no features being used.
