We have Communication Manager 3.1.2 here at the office. I have the UCC working except for one thing which I can't quite figure out. The only thing that misbehaves is pressing one to leave a voice message instead of pressing two to try to locate the person. When I press one, I hear the canned Modular Messaging I-don't-know-whose-mailbox-this-is greeting instead of the caller's personal greeting. Otherwise, a lot more people in the office would be using this instead of EC500. Could anyone provide any help/insight? Thank you very much!
