Unified CCX Not Ready Codes not working

I have a remote site with 12-15 agents . All agents can see their "not ready" codes on their desktop except one agent . I have deleted , rebuilt the agent profile , created a new profile with a similar name , uninstalled the agent desktop , rebooted CM and Call center server , still can't display the not ready codes for this agent .
Any suggestions ?

Have you checked that not ready codes are set to required on the agent desk setting in use for that agent?
 
JonnieJ , how do you check for the codes on the desktop ? I'm hoping it's something simple like this . Many thanks !
