Uniden MER9500

I started a new job and see an old Uniden MER9500 set here in the switchroom. I have not been able to locate any user manual for it online.

Would anyone have any pointers on how it needs to be programmed in order for it to work? 2008? 2616? Any special order of keys?

Currently, when I press the "Talk" button, the display says "ACQUIRING LINK" and then "ERROR PHONE LINE".

Thanks for the link, and I've seen that PDF before, but the ANA9500 is different from the MER9500, no?
