System is running Avaya NES Conatct Center 7.0 and clients using Real-Time Display (Unicast). The CCMA Event Viewer reports the following events several times a day:
Event ID 116: HELLO Message Timeout. Haven't heard from IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx stat 4 for more than 5 minutes. Closing connection.
Event ID 141: HELLO Message Timeout. Haven't heard from IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx stat 0 for more than 5 minutes. Closing connection.
These events are seen from different IP-addresses.
Any idea what this error is?
