My friend installed this on his PC and could not remove it.

Has this worked for anyone:

Uninstall UNIBLUE Registry Booster From Computer
Jul 20, 2009 ... For everyone here is a simple way to completely remove or uninstall Uniblue Registry booster from your computer. ...
blogote.com/.../uninstall-uniblue-registry-booster-from-computer.html

That link is saying use the usual Add or Remove applet to remove your program but if that fails just delete the folder in Program Files. Deleting the folder may not be a problem if it contains all the files used by the program and there are no other files placed in other locations such as the Registry or Windows system folders.

There are other uninstallers you can try, REVO, has a good reputation.

Have a look at some of the third party uninstallers that are on the market.

Uninstall Utilities

If it is a recent install then doing a System Restore might remove it for you.

I would also clean up orphaned registry entries with CCleaner.

Cogito eggo sum – I think, therefore I am a waffle.

I vote for a registry clean with CCleaner after deleting the folder in Program Files also. But ONLY after trying to remove the program with the CCleaner uninstall feature.
