I did a search in Tek Tips on "unhide" and "unhide worksheet" but came up with nothing (didn't expect that!).

I'm want to know if anyone has a quick & easy way to solve my dilemma. Otherwise I'll go to VBA . . . (in which I'm still a beginner)

I have workbooks I use as quite often where I do my data calculations in many worksheets and the output shows up in "report format" worksheets. I hide my calculations and raw data worksheets and send a file showing just the report format sheets to the person requesting data. I often will reuse the workbook as a template plugging in new raw data for calculation. BUT When I try "Format, Sheet, Unhide" I am unable to highlight more than one sheet - therefore I must do it again and again! Holding down Ctrl doesn't help. Tried Ctrl-Y for repeat - nothing. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Hi,

Turn on your macro recorder and record unhiding ONE sheet.

Observe the code.

Post back in Forum707 with your recorded code to get help in doing this for ALL sheets.
