Unhandled Access Violation AutoCAD 2000i

I am using AutoCAD 200i on Windows XP Professional. First, it is very slow as compared to the Architectural Desktop I was using. Second, when I try to modify an elevation which has a stone hatch pattern created by "Cultured Stone," I almost always receive the message "Fatal Error: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0004 Exception at 6544b3a4h." My virtual swap file is 768MB physical RAM 512MB. Any help would be appreciated as I can find no info on this particular violation.

I get a lot of Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0xa858a131 Exception which then gives me a fatal error. Have you had any luck in finding out what was causing your problem? Mine may be related.
