!!!!!!Unfied Messaging on Magix not Working!!!!!

Greetings to all. I have a good one. Driving me nuts, so I hope all you Gurus are reading this and can lend some advise.

I have a Magix system with 4.0 Messaging VoiceMail running the Unified Messaging App. It set up real nice and worked perfectly till the computer running the UM App crashed. I got a new computer, loaded the UM APP, set all my paramters and nothing. The UM button appears on the Messaging Application, so the voice-mail sees UM APP. I have all the user boxes checked to forward voice messages to email. The umslog shows all activity, but no emails are being sent.

Has anyone seen this? Any suggestions will be most helpful.

The app is sketchy, at best, BUT it can work. Most likely there is a firewall issue in Windows, or in a third-party AV program.

Is the OS the same as on the computer that crashed.

Have you entered in the correct parameters exactly as the computer that crashed were entered.

Windows firewall.
